1999
Founded as Stroyindustria, the company grew from a regional construction business into an international EPC platform operating across Europe and Central Asia.
2008
Rapid expansion brought GreyStar to a $ 400 million annual turnover, establishing the scale and execution capability to manage major construction portfolios.
2009
A strategic transformation shifted the company from volume to accountability — fewer projects, greater ownership and a stronger focus on delivery quality.
2023
Greystar established its presence in Uzbekistan, extending its EPC platform into Central Asia and building a long-term regional delivery base.
2025
Major industrial and logistics projects reached completion, including delivery achieved 10 days ahead of schedule and within the approved budget.
2026
Greystar continues its next phase of growth with the development of the Tashkent Logistics Hub — a 37,524 m² Grade A industrial facility across a 7.1-hectare site.
